With Sensate Focus traditionally guided by a therapist, SHIPS has adapted this to self-paced online course, so you can explore on your own terms. Through guided videos, reflection tools, and step-by-step touch exercises, you’ll learn to reduce anxiety and pressure, build safety, and cultivate curiosity and pleasure - whether practising solo or with a partner.
This self-paced course includes:
- 6 modules with 30+ lessons combining videos, written content.
- Step-by-step guided mindfulness exercises to build foundational skills
- Reflective prompts and journaling activities.
- Downloadable worksheets and practice logs.
- Optional adaptations for solo practice, trans/gender diverse bodies, ADHD, and trauma-informed contexts and examples of worksheets and plans for each.
- Unlimited lifetime access – pause, revisit, and move at your own pace.
